PBA Champion Ethan Fiore Joins BVL as Tour Advocate
Fiore, a 20-year-old from Tampa, Florida, made an unforgettable debut on the national stage during the 2025 season, battling reigning Player of the Year EJ Tackett in the longest roll-off in PBA history—a dramatic seven-round showdown during his very first televised appearance. He went on to win the 2025 PBA Players Championship, solidifying his place among the sport’s brightest young talents.
Chris Via Completes Trio of PBA Tour Advocates for BVL
The Bowlers to Veterans Link (BVL) has announced that Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) Tour champion Chris Via of Blacklick, Ohio, will become the third PBA Tour Advocate for BVL.
Via, who won the 2021 U.S. Open, joins two-time PBA Tour champion and fellow Team USA member Packy Hanrahan and three-time PBA Player of the Year EJ Tackett as PBA Tour advocates for BVL. In January, BVL announced Tackett as the first person to fill the newly created position, and Hanrahan joined the BVL team in March.
Hanrahan Joins Tackett as PBA Tour Advocates for BVL
Hanrahan, a two-time PBA Tour champion and member of Team USA, joins EJ Tackett as PBA Tour advocates for BVL. In January, BVL announced Tackett as the first person to fill the newly created position.
As a PBA Tour Advocate for BVL, Hanrahan will use his status as a PBA Tour champion and his position as one of bowling’s top social media influencers to help raise awareness of BVL while competing on tour. BVL is the official charity of the PBA.
